Job Description:
Gather requirements, coordinate with all the stakeholders namely Traders, Portfolio Managers, Compliance Officers and Operations working for Trading and Dealing, and support daily activities. Create BSDs and FSDs for new requirements based on enhancement/change requests as requested by stakeholders. Liaise with vendors, counterparties and development teams for triage issues and resolutions. Perform counterparty and client on-boarding. Perform maintenance of the trading application along with the trade submission tool. Extend weekend support along with the Disaster Recovery support. Liaise with vendors on P1 issues reported by the trading desk and Portfolio Managers. and with upstream and downstream application owners for issue resolution. Involve in Broker certification process which includes new brokers on boarding through complete SDLC; from requirement analysis till deployment. Skills required: Rediplus, Tesseract, Minerva, Charles River Development, Sentinel, Simcorp Dimension, Portia, Jira and Jenkins. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or any related field with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor's degree in the above mentioned fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of a master’s degree plus 1 year of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
